Life of Riley first tiime out in 2 years

My 2 sons are out fishing on Lake Erie by Locust reef. I don't think neither has jigged for walleye before and they are having some issues. I am in Myrtle Beach on vacation and I let them use my Life of Riley boat. Is there anybody that can reach them and give them some pointers on the radio. I hope they have their radio on. I told them to use purple hair jigs. I think they are barely moving, does that make a difference? Should they try for RR? I wish I could help them. They are in a white boat with a blue top if it up. It does say Life of Riley on back. Thanks for support on this cite.
