crane creek today

6 of us went out today caught 25 . lots of fish marked but a soft bite today alot of fish lost at the hole

How was the ice? any trouble crossing cracks?
How deep? How far out did you have to go?
What was best bait?

there is plenty of ice we did not lose any from the rain and people were crossing the crack everywhere . we were 4 miles out of crane and to the west a little .the hot lure of the day was living eyes green and yellow.

there is a 2-3 foot crack at metzers this am, we didn't go with ranger, but snowmobile went over,

crack was about even with the end of pier at metzgers, can't miss it,
