Anyone been out to west sister lately and what is the algae like? Planning on heading north of there tomorrow perchin, but whoa, just looked at satellite (link below) and not good! Worst bloom pic I have seen this year. Think I will head east toward C can instead?

We fished out there Sunday, and the Algae wasn't bad. Fishing was on the slow side, but we finished with 52 perch for 2 guys before running out of minnows. Lots of small throwbacks... A couple miles NW of the Island. Good luck!!!
Fished out there Saturday and the algae was terrible the wake behind boats was rolling green instead of white, north of c can and niagra wasn't nearly as thick though.

Take a look at the link. Towards the Canadian border looks clean... The rest... Yuck!
