I will be out in the am also chasing perch. It's been really slow from what I've heard and read, but I will be checking with some of my contacts today. If I hear anything positive, I have no problem sharing with you.
My buddy caught a limit off Ballast Island yesterday. Let us know where younger going out of and you will probably get a report for that specific area.
I heard a few reports from around the water intake of some being caught if your close,, that always a good spot to start out
I've been catching them east of Ballast.
Tuesday caught a limit in two hours half mile NE of B can later in the day from 4-6pm
thanks for the replies everyone. as for where I launch my boat is trailered so anywhere from toledo to marblehead, depends on the fish.
Along the Toledo shipping channel 4 buoys past the lighthouse has been producing perch. Mornings have been the best time of day. Should be in about 22 feet of water as close to the channel as you can manage.
I had a 3 man limit at G can 2 weeks ago!
