Hello all, I just wanted take a minute to share with you my experience here. I recently ordered a few items from the tackle store. Only issue was there was very small discrepancy in my order & what I received.. I sent walleye Rick a message and within two hours my order was not only corrected, but made better! Every business makes mistakes, its all about how you correct them! All I can say is I will buy anything I need that they carry from this site in the future, & if you haven't ordered from them & are considering it you should have confidence your order will ship quickly & customer service is top notch!!
