Maumee Bay

so has anyone else noticed slow fishing this year on the bay? Is it the weather fronts and wind or maybe the muddy water? Whatever the reason, I can't seem to hook up with any consistency. To make matters worse the junkie already on the reef between Turtle and the Harbor light. Anybody started trolling yet and doing any good?

For me there has not been anything consistent in the Bay this spring. Looking to try trolling spoons around the dumping grounds this weekend, will report back on results.
