limits to remain the same

Looks like the limits are to remain the same for perch and walleyes this year! I direct your attention to the last paragraph under the heading
COLUMBUS, OH and just before the heading Walleye. This news story was released on April 26, 2013.

I know some would cringe at the suggestion, but I would really not mind seeing the minumum size raised to 17 inches. Perhaps even a slot. Not sure what a slot would look like, but the fisheries guys I am sure would have some valid suggestions.
