Walleye - 8/18 &8/19 Report

It was alittle slow for us on Saturday, but then found a really nice spot that had some bigger eyes a few miles NE of B can, 8 1/2 miles from our launching point WW, we did manage a 5 man limit. Started further back and changed up, and found that 62' back on 40s with spoons was the sweet spot. We went right back to the same spot early Sunday and picked up about a dozen real fast, then it was slow yet steady (same 62' back, etc.). Finished out with another 5 man limit by 2pm. Biggest was 26.5". They seemed to like the purple color more than others. Great time with Dad and a few good friends. Thanks to Capt. Hoyt for a few pointers.
