Curious. What is the skipper 9 rig? That's one I haven't heard of.

i thought i saw yall out there.we fished 1/4 mile off the red and white also.struggled the first few hours at green#13.made the jump to the deeper water and cleaned house, 2 guy limit by 12:30.some small ones but made up for it with about 8 ten pluses.did some skipper9 rigs but still got'em old school.perch spreaders red, green,and perch colored..go figure.saw some guys using them last weekend and had a hard time going back to no bling..all in all definitely an improvement from last sat.
skipper 9 rig is what he was showing us all how he rigs his lures for perch.. not a rig at all but a fellow fisherman who must be an excellent fisherman..Quote:
