where about did you fish, and what style rig did you use,heard was tough bite friday. wayne
Searched high and low all morning. Fish started to bite @ the pit about noon. Ended with a five man limit for 38#s Shiners were hard to find. Got some of the last ones available in the morning. Used belly meat to catch the last few fish.
Used. Perch colored spreaders or spreaders with no blades. Bite was very light. Were about 1/4 mile se of turnaround. Wayne I will pm you numbers next time. Forgot towrite them down.

thanks troy, don't need numbers till next friday,we are going fun walleye fishing with skipper 9 sunday, a little break in the action, will give reports from down east sunday night.

2 of us fished Saturday at c can . Got our 60 perch but it took almost 7 hrs. Bite was real slow for us. Had to sort but got nice fish.
fished from wards to the channel. finally got'em at buoy 13 ,in the green slime.had to use bling, green blades w/ green bladed snells, like the olden days.saw the boat next to use usin red and doing well also..hope next week the fish and the weather improve.
