fishing report 7-15 7-17

hello fisherman I decided to take a charter out of meinkes with five other buddies today. The captain told me friday evening the fishing had been lousy but I decided to try my hand. Started out at the new structure buoy and picked up two quick eyes. We were all using gold blades with 3/4oz egg sinkers. After that it became a very long day on the lake. The conditions were perfect we had an awesome 2-3 ft chop out the west and the fish just wouldnt copperate. Ended the day at crane creek in 18ft of water I picked up a nice 19' eye and another 16' as did my dad and a buddy of mine. The final count was 9 eyes 18lbs the captain also caught one as well. Also my pops took a charter out of meinkes on thursday they casted for 4hrs and picked up 3 eyes ended the day trolling and finishing with 8 eyes. Not sure whats up but Id imagine the water temp might have something to due with it 84'. I guess my captain went out this past:confused: tuesday to D can and caught 31 eyes in one slide and finished the day at noon but went back the next and picked up one lousy fish unreal how they can just turn off in a day anyways goodluck and be safe

Me a three friends fished the same area Friday and Sat. Only managed 15 on Friday but limited out in six hours Sat, trolling. Caught and released two Musky
