2 of us went out fri afternoon, dodging the waves a few miles north of besse, in about 10 to 14 fow. landed one eye on a purple jig no bait, then landed 4 more on gold blade harness bottom bouncing. nice eyes about 3 to 5 lbs. drifted with a soc about 1.3 to 1.5 mph. landed some monster sheephead and white bass loaded with eggs. gonna try today, weather permitting.
