Another First For This Season

I went out solo this morning casting for walleye. Started at big pickerel and caught two keepers and one short along with a sheephead. It was much slower than a week ago but we’ve had a blow since then.

I also caught a northern pike which is a first for me lake fishing. It was around 22 - 24 inches long.

I then moved to cone and picked up two more keepers in 15 minutes. I made several more drifts looking for fish but didn’t get any more.

All day I fished with a worm harness with white and chartreuse beads and a copper Colorado blade with a 3/4 ounce weight. Most fish were riding close to the bottom.

I have a picture of the pike but have never done anything with attachments. Can anyone give me a suggestion? Thanks

Put your mouse pointer on it. It should say "Insert Image". Click it, then follow instructions. it should allow you to search your computer for the photo file, then attached it.

Thanks for the assistance. I tried to attach the picture from my iPad but it doesn’t work. I don’t get the same options from my iPhone so I guess I’ll have to go to the computer
