Left Oasis Marina Friday at 7:30 AM and headed to the East edge of the dump. Drifting at about 1.2 mph East in 48 feet of water, threw a worm harness with a 3/4 oz weight. Put the rod in a holder and started setting up a second rod but had a hard hit before the second rod was ready. Bite was fast steady and i had 6 keepers in an hour and a half. All the fish i caught were down low. Nice eaters, no hogs, half a dozen shorts.

Bite still good East of Lorain dump today. Better quality of fish. Most caught trolling worms on dipseys, Tru Trip 40s and Flicker Minnows. Game warden was at the dock to say hello. Everybody had limits.
Finally got to fish today between work and crap weather went out of beaver in 42 foot of water at 1130 when rain stopped i haven't been out in 8 months was just hoping to run boat and see if all was good I used 4 and 6 ounce weight with 90 feet of line targeting fish at 35 feet today used silver Colorado spoons #6 and crawlers and double willow gold spinner caught alot of shorts and couple white perch caught my limit in couple hours didn't keep the 15 and a half inch fish kept fish between 17 and 20 inch good eaters fished til 2 releasing fish they are heading to central basin not solid on graph yet but they are around speed was 1.8 to 2.2 was nice on lake water temp from fish finder said 62.5 good luck all
Great fishing off Avon but terrible bugs
Went out of Oasis Marina alone yesterday at 1 PM and headed North West in brisk South winds to the bottom of the dump. Saw good marks in 42 foot of water and threw a 3/4 ounce harness, letting it drop to the bottom and worked it slowly. Boat was drifting at about 1.5 mph. I had 6 nice walleye in an hour and a half.
