Gents. Had two great days. Ran out NNW to 75 Fow. Same program both days. Bandits with 3 oz snaps and 5 oz snaps. Best with the 3 were at 50/200 and better was the 5's at 50/170. Many good eaters and low 20's. One fish Ohio at 28 1/2 and one at 27 1/2. 2 man limits in 3 hours each day. Chartreuse and Purple belly with white body were the winners. Other colors caught too but Chartreuse was the best. Speed 2.25 on the graph. Both beautiful days and no bugs!

you'll be gold with your set-up in august. i'm a dipsey and wire guy, 2.5 to 2.8 speed. but i like how you figured out the 5 oz. pattern. i'm working on those fish that i see at 50' +/-. ;). good luck and stay safe out there...........

an absolutely great report, thank you for posting your great 2 days of fishing. we fish out of Geneva starting after mid July. not going to make it this year for our annual 1 week trip. deeper water has been where we fish with large spoons on lite bite slide divers at 2.7 to 3.0 has been our best speed.
