Yesterday was my first fishing trip of the year! We went out to American Eagle Shoal and started fishing at about 10 AM. We got seven walleye in the first hour and a half then the wind died. We fished for another hour and a half and only caught one additional walleye. All the walleye were decent size, 17-21”. No dinks and only two sheephead. The best blade color seemed to be gold, that caught 7 of the 8 walleye. Hope this helps and good luck!
