Geneva 8/13
Headed out at 7 NE out of the marina to 70 FOW. Trolled North to Northeast 2.3-2.5 MPH. Started putting out flicker minnows with 3 ounce snaps off big boards to 200-250 total feet back. 2 lines out and the bite was on. Never did get more than one wormburner out. Cranks were on fire. 3 man limit at 10:15 with a bonus 26 inch steelhead. Ended up with 7 22-25 inchers and 11 17-20 inchers. Awesome day on the lake. Hated to stop fishing. Would have been nice to get a couple more steelies! Hot colors were firetail fire tiger, slick purple bengal, and firetail red tail. Bandit was clown ( white with the red head). Steelhead was on a slick smelt color.

Re: Geneva 8/13
#11s. I usually run husky jerk 12s too but the bite was so good on the flickers that we never had a chance to put one on.

Gold luck this weekend! We will probably head up next weekend. By the way, we didn’t mark a bunch of fish but they were definitely there and active!
