first trip out

Launched out of Cawtaba about 2:00. Basically a shake out trip.
The docks are in. There was some drift on the ramp but not too bad.

Ran out to West Reef to push the motor a little. Water color was bad, I would guess less than a foot visibility. Water temp was 36 - 37 on the surface.

Set up a Bandit and Spro spread running 1.5 to 1.7 at from 50 to 100 back.. It was slow and we took two eyes in about an hour. Ran back inside Green and the same thing 2 more eyes after about 45 minutes.

Moved again inside S Bass just off the ferry line and had allot of marks. Picked up 6 more in short order and headed back in.

All fish were small 14 - 17. Best spro color was the Marbeled that picked up 4, followed by Icy Barbie and the Carrot Top Bandit that took two each. Most fish came around 70 to 80 back. The sun was out good but we did not take anything on chrome despite having a couple out all day.
