5/9 AM Mother’s Day trip report

We had a very good Mother’s Day morning trip for Gail and David. They came up from Dayton for the weekend and wanted to fish. We squeezed in the trip this morning with a very pretty sunrise and finished getting them their fish just as it started to rain. It was a very good bite this morning out of Catawba state park. This is it for today going to get rough out there with some strong winds and rain. We fished between green
And south bass island and they where hungry. Bandits 50-100 back they all caught chrome and orange did the work 1.5-1.7 mph.
