Jason Coll and his buddy went out at 7:30am this morning with 2 dozen minnows and have just been seen going to Hunter's for more minnows... They say they were catching lots of small perch, 3 jumbos and an 8lb pike (so far). Highly advisable to come out fishing today. It is mild but there is 12-14 inches of ice.

go to the site. Oh MY! Billy Bob Joey caught 7 perch---there really biting. And a pike. They desereve a spammers response. from one to the other.

They do have decent steely fishing in July and Aug. But not so good on the ice.
