8/19 Walleye Report (Drifting)

A few days late! Just returned home from a short trip Saturday. Got out about 9am from Turtle Creek, headed NW of West Sister. Decent pack of boats in 29' of water. Slow going day. Drifted across 3.5 times slowly moved north each drift to cover different ground. Wound up with a low count of 2 eyes. Probably 8 shorts, ranging from 13.5" to 14.75". Tossed back 3 cats, 4 farm animals, & 2 white perch. Fun day on the water with good action, just not the results that we hoped for. Fished with bottom bouncers, erie dearies (yellow & gold) and worm harnesses (yellow & orange).
