Does anyone know when the majority of these shorts will become keepers? I know I sure can't wait until a couple of years from now when these fish all get a little meat on their bones.

lots of them will be keepers by fall oct-nov all others will be next year
We caught some fish this April that were 15.5" long.I thought was odd at time because I was not expecting fish that size.Saw in another post others were catching same thing,just over legal length.Consensus was that those fish were from 2015 class and were growing faster than others.Would think the majority of 2015 fish should hit 15' by September.We have been throwing fish back under 17" this season.
actually would say 2015 would have about half legal by end September.Think some of the skinny ones have reached 17" already.
