Perch in Lorain/Vermilion?

Hot Waters bait said that they were selling out of minnows all week. Perch are evidently finally making it our way. I saw a couple of small packs of boats, but talked to fishermen in two of the packs. They said they caught a couple, but didn't hear of any limits. Anyone know if they are picking up any numbers anywhere in the area? If not, I don't mind trailering west to hit them by Kelley's, then heading back for walleye. It sure doesn't look like weather is going to hold out for any enjoyable fishing this weekend though.
