Talked to the powers that be in the Coast Guard office in Cleveland. Buoy 45005 has been improved with new electronics and is set for redeployment next week. Buoys A, B, C, D, E, and F will be getting a new coat of yellow paint in the near future altho they could not give me a date. They told me most of the yellow paint was scraped off by the ice since those buoys were not pulled this winter.:)
