Went out sat and the pack was fishing around 60 ft. I heard some people catching them but we only had 4 after two hours and two moves around the pack.
We moved in to 44 ft just barely west of the stacks and caught about 30 really nice size perch in about an hour to salvage the day. Wish we could of stayed longer to limit.
I was out Saturday afternoon same location, 4:30-7:30 and caught 35 perch out in 58 foot. Nothing really to brag about and the size was ok, 8-11 inch, most were 8 inch. We thought about moving but we were pulling them slow so we stayed put. Hoping to try again this week. I think I'll try the 44ft spot before i make the run back out to 58 ft.
Made it out yesterday (9/21). Fished in 45 foot water just west of the stacks and had decent success. Caught 60 perch, but it took awhile. fished 2:30-8:00. Mixed bag in size, average around 9 inches, some 10 and 11's and some 8's.
Went out Wednesday 9/29, 5-7:30. 42 foot of water, straight out of river. Caught 56 perch, 2 guys fishing. Mixed bag in size again. 3 fish ohio, but most were 8-9 inches, a couple of 10-12 as well. Started in 38 foot of water with little action.
