perch, walleye, and lake conditions reports

Hi all, new here, I have a few questions that I thin y'all can help me out with.first, is there a website that I can go to for live lake conditions? I've seen a few that give a forecast, but I quickly found out last Sunday that a forecastand actual conditions are 2 VERY different things. 3-5 footers forced me to stay inside the breakwall because I had my kids on the boat.question 2. What are some good spots and techniques for perch and walleye. I've never really walleye fished so I've only had a few here and there. Perch I can usually get quite a few hanging around the breakwalls at sbh. Any info is appreciated. Im not trying to take anyones family secret spot or anything, I just want my kiddos to have some fun out there thanks again. And if anyone has a pair of downriggers for sale let me know
