7/1 morning trip with Bill and Owen
Super great bite out of mazurik boat ramp this morning we boated Bill and Owen their limits of nice walleye and 5 of mine too. Great morning on the lake for these first timers. With a great grade of walleye today. We fished north of Kelley’s shoal with worms and 3oz snap weight 65-30 back at 1.8 mph. Standard Colorado blade harnesses.

Thanks for the report. I'm hoping to get out this week. I made some harnesses with gold Colorado blades. What color beads are working for you.

Capt Sam,was starting to think you were on vacation since had not seen any of your posts for a while.Glad to see you're still busy and catching.Question, how far behind harness do you snap on those 3oz weights? Interesting to see so many charters using worm harnesses now since I know they prefer not dealing with worms.
Re: 7/1 morning trip with Bill and Owen
This year the worm bite is better than body baits on some days and conditions. I am 5’ to 8’ in front of spinner with snap weight.
