I feel it is only fair to say that I have had nothing but great customer service from Lowrance. So good in fact that I recently purchased a new HDS unit right before the Brawl, when it came it would not start-up, I called for assistance and had a Brand new unit at my door before I even sent the first unit back. That was some of the best customer service I have ever received from any company. Just my opinion, and you know what they say about those but, Lowrance all the way for me.
