I'll be running my boat to drawbridge for storage sometime this week, they are not the cheapest but mechanically they are the best in the area, for a fisherman they get you up and running again usually same day if not the next hour...same goes for spring launch not a problem getting in & ready to go mid to late March....Ed
Does anyone on this site Rack and store their boat?
I've been thinking about it for 2 yrs as I have a few friends who do the rack/launch and plenty of others that store on trailer at a ramp and others who dock store. The cheapest I know of is next to Fermi on brestbay, $1200 rack/launch,yr round rack storage and he stores your trailer. My problem is like now, I haven't been able to get out in 4 mths and once nov/oct is fully here I like to travel to fish for the big ones, like in march and april and none of the rack /store are open so you would be done fishing for the year when the bite could be the hottest. Some years it doesn't matter, but some years I'm fishing in Feb thru to Dec. That's what stops me, along with I'm able to fish saginawbay and river and lake st clair and river and detroit river.
Just got my contract from Drawbridge Marina!!!!:)
