fished monday tuesday 16-17th

I posted before about fishing and doing well around the reefs and from sister island ,well i went again monday tuesday same senario but more walleye, there were walleye from the reef area all the way to the island but i could not make them bite,what happens to them? how can they be agresive one day and soon after just ignore everything you try,I caught one per hard day of fishing,anyone understand them i certainly dont,i was reading water temp 49 can that do it,wind,any ideas,is it over for now?
