Go North Young Man

Went to the 06N and 50W this AM. Trolled SW with the waves at 2.0mph. My gold willow blade harnesses off the "0" dipseys at a 2 1/2 setting back 200feet got the most fish. Blue Maxx Stinger spoon with a 15 foot lead down 60 feet took 3 eyes including a 10 lb+ 30.5 in. Fish Ohio. FYI I run a 6 1/2 foot graphite pole with a Shimano 2000 SideStab reel filled with 12 lb XT line off my Big Jon electric downrigger 6 lb balls just to keep things interesting. Had to cut and run at noon to go to a surprise birthday party. Total count: 11 eyes in the box, 3 lost coming in and only 2 sheephead. Not bad for half a day. I'm on Ch. 68 if you want to talk tomorrow, Monday or Tuesday.
Tip of the day: Put a No.6 red Eagle Claw treble stinger hook on your worm harnesses and you will double your catch.
