7/10 afternoon/evening report

Fished about 4-5 miles due East of the airport on KI. Was marking decent amount of fish all throughout the water column but was very slow. 4 fish in 5 hours (although size were all 22-24”). Two fish caught on gold bandit back 50/150 with a 2oz snap weight and two were caught on gold/purple flicker 9 back 50/150 with 3oz snap weight. Nothing else produced. Trolling speed/direction did not seem to help. Hope to report back tomorrow with better results.

This past weekend we did really well fishing much higher in the water column. Bandits 45-75 back and running the boards way out. (70/110/150). We did get a few with a 30/30 program with 2 oz weights on the inside boards. We marked fish deeper too, but we had trouble getting them to go. The higher fish seemed to be eating.
