friday was another great day 1 mile northwest of west sister. 2 man limit in 3 hours. had to sort out 71/2"s and kept 8s,9s,10s,. a couple 11s. started at 9 a:m two different setups. mine 6# mono line,1/2 oz inline sinker 6"leader with long shank #2 gold eagle claw hook. bounced off the bottom. the other, braided line, 2 #2 red hooks no leader,one tied off 7" above 5/8s sinker the other 2" above sinker, also bounced off the bottom. 14+ lbs. dicks had very fiesty minnows. Fished Saturday in 18' of water north of little cedar point. A bunch of boats but few catching. Started the first hour with 14 in the box and then started the engine and let it idle. Fish turned on quickly. Ended up with our 90 in less than 3 hours. All 8" + actually measured before going into the box. No real bite at all. Fish would hold onto the bait and you had to slowly lift your pole and then feel them to set the hook. A lot of boats around us getting upset with us catching fish while they were not catching much at all
