Scary stuff, they are really lucky to be alive actually. 4 miles out from the mouth, 45 minutes for rescue to reach them, in the middle of the day sunny weather, and a gps giving their exact location if the news article is accurate. Only one had a life jacket on...
It would be very interesting to find out what caused this.
