Rickards bait. Intersection of St Rte. 53 and St. Rte.163 near catawba/ west harbor. Directly across from McDonald's. They've been running a sale on them too.
Any bait shop within 20 miles of the lake will have them. Make sure to get the "walleye deep" model, not the shallow. I also recommend getting the fruit dots color, aka black headed wonder bread. Just about every shop sells some brand of custom painted bandits, they're not an absolute must but they do outperform some days. The only thing they are guaranteed to catch more of are fishermen, not fish.

Happy hooker has them, as well as the St. Clair mobile bait station behind wild wings. As far as leads, we have caught fish from 25 to 100 foot of line out, with no help. Good luck.
Do a search in this forum for Bandit Lures there a ton of places for them to be purchased stock colors and customs also. Fish USA is
my preference. If you are in the area of the WB most tackle shops have them along with someone's custom colors.
