anyone use yamaha vts for trolling?

I have a 115 and am interested in controlling my speed easier. Its the yamaha variable control switch.

i use a itroll.its awsome

Itroll looks awesome but I am trying not to fish with a kicker. I cannot finely adjust low rpms on main. Looks like the yamaha vts would work just wanted to talk to someone who has used it
