Ashtabula 'eyes

July 7, 2010 went fishing out of Lake Shore Park. Temp was 90+. It was HOT. Unfortunately the walleye fishing was not. We started about 5 miles straight North of the park and trolled out to 9.5 miles. Only caught one sheephead and one perch. Came back in to 55' of water North of the stacks and caught a mess of really nice perch. It was so hot we never went out until 4:30 in the afternoon but it really got nice as the clouds moved in and the sun started setting. A blast catching perch right up to dark. I'll post again in a week or so as I am going to be on vacation then and hopefully the walleye fishing will improve. Go back 3 pages and look at my last years posts...hope we can do that again. :)
