    Default Conesus Lake

    Has anyone fished walleye at Conesus Lake i am going there for the first time this weekend and was looking for some info on any luck this time of year,

    shore line is very weedy then it drops off to deep water

    Conesus lake drops off very fast. The fish are piggys but they get that way because the alewives are so thick you snag them while trolling. There was a bad algea bloom last year when I went so that didnt help. But we fished that lake pretty hard and got the white stripe.
