It wasn't me Bailey. How did you do? It was pretty windy.
I have noticed the decline of steelies as well. Streams that used to be packed with them now only have a few. I think pa and Ohio cut back on there stocking as well. Pa was bitching a few years ago that alot of their stocked fish end up in our streams.

You can find the steelhead stocking levels for Erie on page 2 of the linked doc. 2012 was 2% higher than 2011, but still 2% lower than the average.
