FYI, if anyone wants to get an Ontario fishing licence here is the web site to use go to ; ontario.ca/outdoorscard & follow the site & you can print it out. You can also call this # ; 1-800-387-7011. A full year, full limit(6) one will cost $79.88. A conservation one will cost $49.00+ with a limit of 2 walleye.

Thanks lineman for that post. I see that an outdoors card is required as well for an additional $10, it looks like that lasts for 3 years but not as obvious. Also it looks like anyone under 18 does not need to have a canadian license, but any fish caught applies to the person holding the license. (so for walleyes you can have 2 walleyes total in boat if I am fishing with my son and I hold C license). Perch with C license also 25 limit as well. Just more info if anyone interested.
