    Default 3 Rods?

    I have heard that the three rod law passed and is effective immediatly. I called DEC buffalo office, and spoke with ECO to confirm and he stated that no such law passed. Anyone else hear anything? NY senate website says that it did pass. Little confused?

    Just spoke with fisheries woman in Albany. Three rods per angler in NY freshwater took effect 8/17/11. Hope they give that info to local offices! I realize this isnt a fishing report but thought yll would be intersted. Good luck out there!
