Friday evening, from 7 till 10, shakedown run, one 24" walleye on a black maribu jig with a crawler, 21', in front of Smokes Creek. Wind was out of the N NE, stronger than forcast. Good to get out, most everything worked fine on the boat. At least we didn't forget the drain plug like one unfortunate boat as we came in at SBH. He managed to get it back on the trailer and emptied the water and went back out fishing. LOL

Not to good of a day in the perch tournament. The captain has not caught a fish in his boat this year. His crew does . They get their limit of one each. Lol

2101 Seaswirl Striper
Kawasaki jet ski

Fished off the windmills down to hamburg beach, couldn't get anything to bite except for the bottom snagging harnesses, lost 3 set ups along with part of a short leadcore. Worked 7 ft to 40 ft. Marked fish in the 17 ft range but couldn't get anything to bite. Lake was a bit choppy at first then flattened out. Lots of people out, combat fishing at its finest.
Also when we left went to get into my truck and see a note on the windshield that someone hit my bumper, not a ton of damage but still sucks. So Sunday try to call the number and keep getting "it wasn't me, must have given you the wrong number". I have a blue F150 with a matching cap and was in the lot to the south of launch ramps on the skyway side. If anyone saw anything let me know. It was between 5pm and 11 pm. The damage will probably be less than my deductible so I am probably out of luck. Nice that they leave a note but dick move to write the wrong/illegible number on it.
Of course 2 of the harnesses were brand new first time in the water, so need to see fishkiller again.

That sucks. I don't suppose they have video there watching where you parked? Probably not.
