how is fishing in buffalo

I fished last nite and got skunked talked to a couple of guys at the dock and they got skunked also surface temp was 51 degrees 10fow

I didn't fish but heard 6 was the best anyone did. Think water is too cold yet ??

Surface temp was 42/43 where I tried in Canada. It was pretty barren, no marks, no bait up shallow, the water was so clear I thought I was in Belize. When you guys get fish at night up shallow on your side are you looking for some stained water?

The fish are still actively spawning. And not interested in our offerings.

A friend fished last nite at hamb. & woodlawn, saw lots of fish( Lited eyes) & bait at both places but no fish! Had 54* surface temp.

According to the Bflo News, L Erie water temp is 40 deg. I have no idea where they measure this. I usually use the Canadian buoy at Pt Colburn but the buoy is not active yet. They have water temp, wave heights, wind speed and direction.

National weather service is showing lake erie temp at 46 degrees, this is 30 ft down at the water treatment plant, I think it's at the intake. (roundhouse)

My sonar says the depth at the water intake is only 18'. I have a Humminbird 581i

Well it started again. Not walleye, bass, musky not fishing at all. It's fast pitch softball time again. We won the opener today in 5 innings 16 to 6. Here we go again.
