Were still at leaat a week away yet. I dont usually start untill the water is in that 57-58° range.

I saw a couple slob females ontop of Woodlawn bar Saturday. Night. Lots of fish there. But layin low . Any jacks that were caught were spewing milt out.

Was out last night (Mon.) - skunked!!, the water was like glass, I saw them down there but no takers, trolled from 9 - 1, I didn't see anyone getting anything, I even tried to jig tipped with a gulp minnow.

Fished from the A- can to the condos on the line, got one (4#) & lost one at the boat. That was it. Marked alot of bait. 52fow. My buddie fished in front or the windmills 44fow & by the A-can saw many marks up hi but no takers. Yes we were using emeralds, we put some miles on looking for the fish yesterday. Just couldnt get on them yesterday for some reason.

We marked alot of bait / perch on the bottom near the line in 45 - 48 fow while trolling, just to let you know.
