    My father always ate/fried the perch eggs like this, I never aquired the taste for them. Did try them a few times.

    No we don't do them fish eggs out here in bama but if your invited for dinner don't ask why the meat is so tender. Now I'm hungry guess I'll take a drive and see whats available for dinner.

    No I don't. The wife doesn't. But the sister in laws do. And they do a good job. I help them eat them. I like it when they make too many and I get the over flow.
