Last September I met and spoke with an individual at the Dunkirk boat launch. Never did get a business card from him and despite some searches I have yet to find any info. If memory serves me he told me he was from Niagara County, that his last name was Fonzi(??) and his boat was a larger size Ranger, If anyone believes that they know this fisherman, would appreciate some contact info. I think his name is Joe & runs a charter boat but I don't know the name of it. He runs out of the Buffalo Sm. boat harbor mostly. He is from Niag. co.
I just googled Its Thumbs Up charters out of Gasport.
