What the hecks a renosky and where do I get one

I am east amherst, any bait places nearby that might have this? I imagine its a stick bait of some sort. Dont know if Dicks has any, but never had much success at Dicks for fishing stuff.

the new mad flash renosky have been hot up at this end of the lake off of dunkirk.
