My friend and I trolled sticks around Smokes (20+ years ago) at night 3 or 4 times in October. We never got a touch. The lake has changed some in that time. I was hoping somebody had better results lately.

Heading out in a couple days for some jumbo and walleye action. Looks like Jerome Miller’s Bait Store is the closest to where I’m launching. Never been there and there’s very limited info online.
Just want a couple dips of minnows. Is this place recommended or should I venture elsewhere?Last edited by Grumpy Young Man; 10-06-2020 at 10:04 AM.
