We had a good day also, brought home 3 man limit.

Early in the morning our fish came shallow. Downriggers back 200' down 25 to 30 feet pulling harnesses. Dipsy's pulling harness also, 3 setting out 90' did the best in the morning.

Late morning bite shut down for us, (and others on the radio). We were at about 8 in the box. Switched to deeper and started pulling again. Target was 50'. Shorten riggers to 125 and down 50' pulling purple/black harnesses. Dipsy's 3 setting out 180' pulling meat did the best.

We pulled only 1 fish with inline boards all day, "still figuring those out". Colors that worked best for us were purple/black, silver/orange. We ran out of worms and pulled the last 2 off watermelon spoons.

Overall size of fish was much bigger this weekend. We pulled 3 fish over 29".

Boat traffic was crazy, I almost lost planer boards twice.

    Default huron walleye

started fishing at 5:30 am about 3-4 miles north of the lighthouse. Tough fishing, could not chart anything out there and everyone else must have done the same because they left by 9. We had 4 in the cooler when we started trolling back to the channel to go home at 2. We never made it to the lighthouse, we picked up our last 14 in 25-28 FOW, fishing 20 ft. down with jets and dipsey's. Worm harness with chartruse/purple, orange and blue beads with silver blade. We had 27, 24,22 and the rest was between 18-20 inches. We trolled around the red and green channel bouy's, that's all the farther we were out, trolling parallel with the break wall.

went out of lampe Friday eve and boxed a 3 man limit in 77-80fow straight off the point. 4 or 5 off the dipseys 150' back. Rest were off the boards. 1 came off rr, other a weighted bay rat, rest off 5 color lead core shallow renoskys.
