I was looking to head over that way this weekend. I usually fish the western basin around the islands. I have wanted to try for these eastern monster I hear so much about. I plan to launch out of Conneaut.
Any ideas on a general location to go out in the water ? Depth to fish ? Any thing to stay away from in the area ?
Any input is helpful.
